Four stars. That's right. Why?

Dollar menu, Frosties, and Russ.

Russ is the guy who works behind the counter here. He is extremely nice, and he seems to know the age and birthday of almost everyone who is even remotely famous.

Stop in here, get a Frosty, and ask Russ about his grandmother. She will be 94 in April. Can you believe that?
